Return Policy

At Songline Mobility, our return policy is simple. We know that everyone’s needs are different. As a result, some products won’t work as well for one person as they do for another. The only way you’ll know for sure if a product is right for you is to try it out.

Therefore, you have up to 30 days to try out any of our products. If within that time you decide it is not right for you for any reason, contact us via email (customercare@songlinewalkabout.com) and ask for instructions on returning the product. We will tell you where to send it. If you purchased your product at a retail store you should return it to the store where it was purchased.

Upon receipt of returned products in undamaged, resalable condition (including any instructions/manuals) and in their original packaging (this is important), your purchase price will be immediately refunded in full. (All you are responsible for is the postage.)
